Enrollment Procedures
DOCUMENTS & FEES REQUIRED
(1) Application
Form: (All Applicants)
Fill out and sign the
Application Form. Attach a passport-size photograph to the top
right hand corner. Application Forms are available at the Infinity
School Office. You can also use Online
Application.
(2)
Enrollment Agreement: (All
Applicants)
This is
the second page of the Application Form. Fill out and sign the
Agreement and submit it with the Application Form. If you use Online
Application Form, School will ask you to fill out and sign the Agreement
when you come to the School Office for your placement test.
(3) Financial
Statement: (F-1 Visa students or Applicants ONLY)
Financial Statement is
a document from your bank. It certifies that you have sufficient funds
to cover tuition and living expenses while studying in the United States.
A bank statement or a letter from your bank, giving a balance of available
funds in your account, is acceptable. Please make sure that the
statement is issued within the last 90 days.

*The period of an
I-20 Form is determined by the balance of available funds (i.e. US$8,000
equals an I-20 Form, valid for 6 month period).
(4) Program

Personal Check or Cash (US Dollar ONLY):
Students who
already live in the U.S. May pay by personal checks or cash. Please make
your check payable to Infinity International Language Institute.
There will be a $15.00 charge for all returned checks.
Upon receipt of (1)-(4) above, Infinity International
Language Institute will prepare and mail an I-20 Form, which will
enable you to apply for an F-1 Visa in your home country.
